Things have surely changed since I started my career in this sector back in 2007, but there is still a steep path ahead for an equal gender representation at such convenings.

“How was it?” I was asked when I came back from TEDWomen 2018.
It was so hard to answer!
I had the immense privilege of attending my first ever TEDWomen event earlier this month. I still find it hard to describe it in just a couple of words. It meant so much to me on so many levels. I will try to explain.
I always look for inspiration. I love writing and I love reading.
And I love quotes! That is because, if you think about it, quotes have the power to squeeze in a phrase something that has a big and meaningful impact on those who read them.
