When I prepped the first event I had great plans for food: I wanted to make fresh Italian pesto from Italy and bring it over to London in my suitcase, just like I did a couple of weeks before with ragu (!) but…did not manage to make it. TROUBLE! Thank goodness lovely Jane from Haleo saved me by preparing the most delicious food that left all speechless: we were all too busy eating! If you want to know why I posted a picture of a shower cap…ask her!
